Our Courier Partners

Domestic (India): We ship with Blue Dart, Delhivery, and XpressBees for reliable deliveries across all pin codes.

International: All international orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or Aramex to ensure safe, trackable delivery worldwide.

Order Processing

Multiple-item orders may be dispatched in separate parcels.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are in addition to the processing period and exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Every shipment includes a tracking number sent to your registered email once dispatched. Tracking information may take 1 to 3 business days to activate after dispatch.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please write to us at gokurtisinbox@gmail.com with your order number.

International Orders

Payment methods accepted: PayPal, International Visa / MasterCard / American Express, Diners Club, Bank Transfer, MoneyGram, Western Union.

Customs & Import Duties: All orders are shipped from India. Any applicable import duties or taxes at the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Our courier partner will manage customs clearance and deliver to your door.

Important Shipping Conditions

Shipping address: Orders are shipped only to the address provided at checkout. Once an order enters processing, the shipping address cannot be modified.

Damaged parcels: Please do not accept visibly damaged or tampered packages. Report such cases immediately at gokurtisinbox@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the parcel.

Delays: Deliveries may occasionally be affected by weather, customs, public holidays, or other events outside our control. We will proactively coordinate with courier partners to minimise delays.
