✅ Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.

  • Prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of GST, unless stated otherwise.

  • We accept secure payments via UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and trusted payment gateways.

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for custom duties, import taxes, and additional fees (if applicable).

✅ Shipping & Delivery

  • Domestic Orders: Delivered within 5–8 business days (depending on location).

  • International Orders: Delivered within 7–12 business days.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, natural calamities, or unforeseen issues beyond our control.

  • Customers will receive tracking details once the order is dispatched.

✅ Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects, wrong size, or incorrect product delivery.

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product at gokurtisinbox@gmail.com.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection, within 7–10 working days, via the original payment method.

  • Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

  • We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible.

  • However, actual product colors may slightly vary due to screen resolution, photography lighting, and fabric nature.

  • Size variations of ±1 inch are considered normal due to fabric stitching processes.
