  • Standard processing time: 3 to 5 business days

  • During high-volume/holiday seasons: may take up to 7 business days

  • Orders processed: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details

  • Multiple-item orders may be shipped in separate parcels

  • Domestic Orders (India): 5 to 8 business days

  • International Orders: 7 to 12 business days
    (Delivery timelines exclude the 2–5 day processing period)

Shipping Timeline

Customs & Duties

  • International orders are shipped from India

  • Import duties/taxes (if applicable) are customer’s responsibility

  • DHL/FedEx will manage customs clearance and deliver to your doorstep

  • All products are securely packed using protective materials

  • Once the package is handed to the courier, title & risk of loss transfer to the customer

  • Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or wrong product received

  • Products must be returned unused, with original tags & packaging
