What We Accept
| Manufacturing defect | Full return or exchange accepted. We cover return shipping. |
| Wrong item received | Full return or exchange accepted. We cover return shipping. |
| Size exchange | Accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer. |
We do not accept returns for change of mind, colour variation due to screen settings, or items that have been used or washed.
Conditions for Return
All returned items must be:
- Unwashed and unworn
- Original tags intact and attached
- In original packaging
- Reported within 7 days of delivery
How to Raise a Request
Email us within 7 days of delivery
Write to gokurtisinbox@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
We confirm and approve
Our team will review within 2 business days and confirm whether the return is approved.
Ship the item back to us
Send the item to our store address below. Share the tracking number with us once shipped.
Refund or exchange processed
Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
Refund Method
| Online payment (UPI / Card / Net banking) | Refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days |
| Cash on Delivery (COD) | Refunded via bank transfer. Please share your bank account details when raising the return request. |
| International orders | Refunded via the original payment method. Shipping and customs charges are non-refundable. |
