You can request to return purchased product within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To apply for the refund and return, the purchased product should meet the below-mentioned conditions:
The product/ brand/ article number/ bar code should match. Do not detach and damage the MRP tag.
If the purchased product includes an add-on or comes in a combo while returning all the products should be present.
The purchased product will only be eligible for a return if it is unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and without any fragrance..
Only the undamaged product without holes and tears will be eligible for return.
Tags should be attached with the product and undamaged.
1. Any used promotional voucher (Gift Voucher & Discounted or any other offer voucher) will not be refunded.
2. Only after receiving the product and quality check, the refund will be initiated.
3. If the purchased product fails in the quality check, the refund procedure will not be initiated further.

It takes 3-5 days for your package to reach our warehouse and we try to process your return within 48 hours after arriving. We keep you posted via email on the progress and your refund. Once we've received the item(s) at our warehouse, we will process your return. From the moment we refund you, your bank still needs to process it. The amount of time this takes differs per bank and payment method but it takes approximately 7 days.
We will refund within a period of 7 days from the date we receive the items you return (with labels and tags still attached), excluding the delivery fee.
Please ensure your bank details are listed in your GO KURTIS account so we can refund the balance directly to your bank account.
No cash refunds.
Note: Even if the courier accepted card or other non-cash payment upon delivery, we will still refund the balance to your bank account.
Once we have received your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the parcel and process your refund.
