To Return A Product, Go To The 'raise A Return' Section On The Website, And Please Follow The Screen Instructions.

Important things to keep in mind while sending back the product for return:

1. All Items Must Have The Original Tags And Should Be Unworn, Unwashed, And Undamaged With No Smell Of Perfume, Deodorant, Or Detergent.
2. All Items Should Be Free Of Make-up Or Tan Marks
3. Please Ensure Correct Pieces For Return Are Handed Over To The Delivery Executive. We Take No Liability In Case An Incorrect Piece Is Handed Over. Once We Receive Your Return Request, We Will Initiate The Reverse Pick-up To Our Courier Partner, Who Will Pick Up The Product From Your Doorstep Within 24- 48 Hours. Our Courier Partner Will Make Three Attempts To Pick Up The Product For Return. Please Note That The Field Executives For Delivery And Pick-ups Are Different. Once We Receive The Product, We Will Check It For Being Unused, Unwashed, And Undamaged And Also Have The Original Tags/packaging In Place. In Case The Received Item Does Not Meet The Above Conditions, It Will Not Be Accepted And Will Be Returned To You At Your Expense.

Please Note:During Pick Up, Our Delivery Agent Will Do A Quality Check On The Return. If The Qc Is Rejected At The Time Of Pick Up, Your Return Will Be Canceled And A Refund Will Not Be Processed.

For A Successful Pickup, A Tracking Id Will Be Shared By Our Logistics Partners. You'll Be Able To Track The Return Status Of Your Order Through The Link Shared. The Order Will Take 2-10 Business Days (From The Pick-up Date) To Reach Our Warehouse And Undergo A Detailed Quality Check. Refunds Will Be Initiated To The Original Payment Method After The Product Has Been Received At Our Warehouse And Has Passed A Quality Check. If The Picked-up Product Does Not Meet The Standards, The Refund Will Not Be Initiated
